1. What types of film do you develop?
We develop 35mm colour (C-41 process), black & white, and 120 medium format film. Please contact us to confirm processing options for specialty films such as slide (E-6) or disposable cameras.
2. How long does film developing take?
- 35mm Colour (C-41): Typically ready in 3–5 business days.
- Black & White / 120 Film: May take up to 7–10 business days depending on volume and processing requirements.
- We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
3. Can I get my scans digitally?
Yes! We offer digital scans delivered via email or USB. Just let us know your preferred format when you drop off your film.
4. Do you return the negatives?
Absolutely. Your developed negatives are always returned with your order, whether you choose prints, scans, or both.
5. How should I prepare my film for drop-off?
Please ensure your film is fully rewound and clearly labeled with your name and contact info. If you have specific requests (e.g., push/pull processing), include a note or let our staff know when dropping off.
6. Can I mail in my film?
Yes, we accept mail-in orders! Please contact us for instructions and our mailing address. We recommend using a padded envelope and including your name, phone number, and processing preferences inside the package.
