Shipping & Delivery policies for guelphfoto.com Hardware items

Guelph Foto Source is pleased to offer Canpar, Purlator & UPS shipping services. If you prefer FedEx or another delivery agent – please contact us prior to purchase to confirm we can provide for your request.

Our in-stock product orders are shipped within 1 day business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST, over a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

If we need to special order or custom order an item we will you contact via e-mail with an expected time of arrival within 24hours of ordering.

Canada: Standard shipping (3-5 business day UPS) starts at $12.99. Free shipping on select items & orders over $1500. Expedited shipping is available for additional fees.

International: We currently do not offer any International Shipping.

Signature Required Policy: By default, for our customers convenience, standard shipments do not require a signature. You will be provided tracking information if it is available from the shipping company. This will be provided to the email address you provide when completing your sale. All non-signature required shipments are the responsibility of the receiving party. If you prefer to have signature request, please contact us by email immediately after you place your order. Be sure to include the order# and ship to info in your email with your request. We will be happy to add a signature request to your shipment.

P.O. BOX – Outside of Photofinishing, we do not ship merchandise to any P.O. Box.

Shipping Delays – Any delay that is the result of the selected shipping company is not the responsibility of Guelph Foto Source. Please be aware that delays can and do happen. We suggest picking a delivery method that insures your items will arrive comfortably ahead of any scheduled need.
